“We’re growing vegetables free of chemicals, with environmentally friendly technologies, so we can offer our neighbours and fellow villagers a quality product, free of any chemicals. I studied theology at the university. In school I learnt that we must do good by our fellow human beings. We think that producing good food is, in a way, the equivalent of that.”
