Stichting Resilience Food Stories endorses the principles of the Governance Code Culture and applies these principles in the conduct of its board and in the development, implementation, and accountability of its activities.
Board and Oversight
The board of Stichting Resilience Food Stories is responsible for determining policy, strategic direction, and overseeing the execution of the foundation’s activities. The board acts independently, with integrity, and in the best interest of the foundation’s mission. Roles, responsibilities, and authorities are clearly defined and formally established.
